Update:

Yesterday I ordered a Winter Grill Cover and Lower/Intercooler grill.
The winter cover will do well to improve underhood temperatures and front end aerodynamics. The intercooler grill is more for protection as it is porous but gives some blockage
I will be looking to get some cloro or something that will use the lower grill as a base to provide complete blockage.

Yesterday I went to get my tyres pumped up to 40psi (10% below side wall is what I like) and found the fronts were at 30psi and the rears were in the low 20's

I will not be able to enjoy the new mods though as I go on call on Friday for 14days. Then I use the work Tundra 5.7. Not good for the environment but, no personal fuel use is good fuel use

I installed the lower grill. Not too much of a change but it has decreased the lower air dam area, so less charge air cooling and flow into the engine bay. But that is of little help, I got it to protect the intercooler, an oversight by ford, once again.

I am yet to have the time to fiddle with getting the winter grill cover mounted due to the hassle with the sub zero temps and the glue in the snap studs.

Installed my new aFe Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Pro DRY S intake. It has not changed the sound of the engine though, just hear it boosting and BOV is louder.
Seen a 0.6l/100km(0.9MPG) consumption improvement for my daily drive to work and back. I will need my tune modified for the new intake to take full advantage.
