What is up gurs! i finaly talked my buddy into doing some ecomodding on his 89 Jaguar XJ-S

This car is powered by a 305 chevy and soon to be swapped to a blown 383 stroker!
(would be a built 4.3 if i had it my way lol)

None-the-less, here we go!! this is the extended kamback that is held on with magnets.

We will have more up on the front so that we can get rid of the 2 miles of tape lol...

we did trim the edge of the plexi with weather stripping for air purposes and to prevent scratching.

If its an all cast iron 305 like whats in my Camaro. Its a boat anchor.
If it has a carb, the best thing you can do for it is get a deluxe carb tuning set and install an air fuel meter that runs off a 5 wire oxygen sensor.

It was tuned with a wide band o2 sensor a few months back. It is a good running little car.

You are right with the boat anchor thing lol

As the weather changes you need to change rods and jets to maintain your ideal A/F mix.

Usually once you get it nailed down, with an edelbrock 650 carb you can limit almost all tuning to swapping out the primaries metering rod, which takes about 5 minutes or less depending on how easy your air cleaner is to remove.

That would make sense, I would just like to see the Holly EZ-EFI kit on it
