Close - it's based on an Austin 7 but was the first product (the Mk 1) of a new company, later became very famous.

Is that the one with the tiller steering? I forget the name of it but I think I saw it at the Harrah collection just as they were getting ready to break it up. My favorite there was the Jerrari that his crew made for him. Jeep with a Ferrari V12 engone. Extremely fast 4 wheel drive for the day. 1980's
