Jag XJ6 / 12 - from the door handles it's a Mk3 (mid-80s - early 90s)

Old mechanic knocked the show out of the park. so it's yours now. No it is a hemi for sure but a Ardun conversion on the flathead. Duntov the father of the corvette did this design earlier. There were 4 at the 2011 speedweek and the conversion parts were worth $22,000 each according to ny neighbor spectator who claimed to have one at home.

I was going to say Ardun but the original flathead only had 3 exhaust ports per side (2 centers were siamesed). I guess they did something to make the exhaust go out of the head. Wonder how they managed to accomplish that? Guess the original porting was just left alone since everything was coming in and going out of the heads. Or did they just leave the valves in the block. Man that was a complicated conversion!

I think it used a shimmed headgasket to close off the ports in the block and all the intake and exhaust went through the new ports. I think it actually ran pushrods through the old valve guides.

Nice easy one, but be careful - <obiwan>this may not be the off-roader you are looking for</obiwan>

Like many land speed racers, the odd thing about this Jaguar XJ6 isn't the body style but the engine...
He runs a turbocharged, Buick straight 8:

Ah, jeez... there's gotta be hundreds of different companies that made Jeeps.
I've ridden in a Mitsubishi J54, and it doesn't look like that one.
Lets go with a Mahindra. The terrain reminds me of India...

That was the challenge, and yes this is correct.
