Just got my first Hybrid Insight today!

2001 Honda Insight, everything works perfectly except for a worn out starter clutch in the transmission which is about $580 duckets when I called honda today, $60 for install so that's pretty cheap considering I got this car for a steal of a deal. Just a slight shudder when starting off but once you get going nothing since this is a CVT transmission. I will be visiting the Honda dealer either tomorrow or monday to check on the VIN number. Here are a few pictures! I love this car and got to drive it 55 miles back home, took it to 85mph and it's smooth with no alignment issues. I think I am in love. The previous owner works for some battery engineering company and we got into talking about replacement packs and controllers for the car. Everything works, even the AC works great!

There goes my AE92 Corolla! I might have to sell her now. There goes my good bud M.V. who helped me drive my corolla back.

The interior is pretty clean with no rips or broken things.

On the way back I got to peep a GT35R, pretty efficient for a 450+hp car.

That's a pretty freaking sweet ride. I would LOVE to have one of these badboys. You'll recoup the $600 pretty quickly, too.

Thanks DieselBeetle,

I been hanging out on the insight forum lately and have not touched the corolla since I got this baby.
I just "reburnished" my "start clutch" and it's driving pretty smooth again!
I may not have to replace the starter clutch but going into Honda for a transmission fluid flush/change. Should be around $200 dux.
