Rubbermaid trash can cutouts for the grille blocks zip-tied to the grille, salvaged 80's Chevy S10 air deflector bolted and riveted to existing small deflector and reinforced with angle iron to sway bar bushing bolts on frame to prevent deformation. Antenna removed. License plate relocated to air deflector. Since my rear window is tinted I can't legally remove my passenger side mirror.
I would like to lower the air deflector another 2" and extend the sides to cover the tires.

Well, slight change of plans. I've taken 2 sheets of 1/8" ABS and solvent welded them together for the first 6 inches, and will use that as the splitter lip. It will only stick out an inch or so, so I don't expect a lot of downforce. I'm really using it to keep airflow under the truck cleaner. Maybe I should start my own thread as I rebuild the entire aero kit...
