I'm going to use Fluidviz, they use it for example in F1.
It's a pariffine based oil with fluerencent pouder in it it will highlight turbulant sections etc realy well.
Another advantish is that you can study the flow after your run.

I thought so to, will look around for the parafine oil this weekend.
I think (hope) you can wash it off with relative ease, cavities will be harder.
Otherwise I'll end up with a glow in the dark car
