look what I saw today parked on the street...

Just kidding, I saw that yesterday and I would be called a heretic for bringing it up here :P Still, one of 50 in the world, how cool is that?

The real deal:

Does this belong to anyone here?

Makes me wish we could buy stuff like the Westfield XTR over here in the States. With a Hayabusa motor and modified gearing it should be able to pull very high mpg numbers. This stuff makes my <1 ton Spyder look like a truck.

I bet that car isn't a slouch either, the redline is over 10k! Wonder what that donor bike was, I'm no bike expert but the gauges look Honda based on the motorcycle videos I've watched.

Great catch! I am amazed one of us hasn't found this yet. Do you think the giant spoiler is needed?

Possibly, judging from that website CigaR007 linked, it looks exactly like the scooter based car on that website in the front, so I am guessing he swapped out the scooter part with the drivetrain of a larger motorbike and kept the frame. It is a lot of extra fabrication, so I'm guessing he didn't think the traction in the rear was good enough.

Oh yea, today I saw the Alfa Romeo B.A.T. prototypes! Will upload photos soon.
