Probably those lawyers concerned that a viewer might dangerously misunderstand how to do it.

Let's make some open source news reports about hypermiling and spread them wherever we can.

Don't try this at home? F that! Everyone should be encouraged to make their car more aerodynamic.

Too bad they didn't actually talk about how to drive for FE, or explain how his mods help.

She could have at least said something like..."there are things all of us can do to increase our fuel mileage, so check around for ideas you can incorporate"....I think that would have been vague enough to get past the lawyers/censors.
