Get rid of all those confusing little mirrors and get one big mirror.
Not only aerodynamic, but conducive to frequent lane changes.

yeah, visor down all the time... But that's ok since I drive into the sun to and from work.
I would like to try one of those wink mirrors, but they are kind of expensive, and since I don't plan on removing any mirrors, it's really just for supplemental viewing.

does any one have the pictures that were originally posted here? I am interested in seeing what they were as I want to delete my passenger side mirror at least and am looking for ideas and mirrors that others have used that worked well.

Here's my setup. The driver's side works great, the passenger's side less so because of the sight lines.

Amazon - CIPA Stick-On

For mounts, I bent some sheet metal & spray painted them black.

I also have a clip-on wide angle rearview mirror. This is super-awesome, I can see more with this than with all 3 of my stock mirrors, except when my car is packed full of people & gear. Don't get an extra-wide (18") mirror, it will interfere with your visors. I have mine slid all the way left, so it doesn't hang up on the passenger-side visor, and tucks in front of the driver's side visor.

It looks like its a Vacuum gauge. Basically it shows how "hard" the engine is working. It's an inverse relationship, the higher the vacuum, the "less" the engine is working, therefore, better mpg. It also helps to keep your right foot in check so you can keep a light throttle.
