I'm sure some tires can work with that, but are the tires on this car among the 100 PSI league? I suggest going to 55 PSI or 60, but drive safely.

OP: How does this Toyota look and why are you calling it a junkyard car?

Or at least nearly free...

Anyway, it would be a nice test mule for some experiences involving weight savings, eventually some extreme aeromodding, and ultimately even replacing its engine with some smaller (and lighter) one just to see if it still moves decently...

Beater cars go for a pretty penny these days. If you were on the east coast Id want to look at it and maybe buy it off you before you screw it up.

+1 for unplugging 2 fuel injectors to see how it effects performance and mpg.

Makes me think about swapping a whole 4-cyl engine with a V-Twin out of a pre-'97 Harley-Davidson

Anyway, in case of unplugging 2 injectors in the stock Toyota engine, it would still have 2 dead cylinders that could have their respective pistons and conrods removed, and the valves locked closed.

If you do the tire psi test, dont stand across from the wheel as the bead may pop the rim and keep going.

If you remove 2 rods use a hose clamp to block the oil journal so the engine wont starve of oil.

Ive always wanted to get a hose, tube or something to route the exhaust to the intake and see if it would run or die out.
