If it's only first and you can use other gears, particularly 2nd, either the fork or some vapid shifter adjustment like on a VW. If the owner has been driving it, you'll need a clutch disc, but since the'00s, the tranny has to come out anyways.
You can disconnect the front stub axles if you want

The only gear that works right now is 1st...
The guy claims he's the second owner. It has 280k miles. But is claimed to be from the dry part of Texas and is practically rust free.
It also comes with another van or two worth of parts (axles, differentials, engine parts, seats, etc.)
1991 Previa Van
Can the front axles be disconnected? I do believe the "transfer case" is just a differential that needs both front and rear connected to work. But if there's a way to disconnect it, especialy for summer driving, that would be great, assuming I buy the thing.
If I bought it I would sell the Prius.

I need something to haul children. They might like the disco ball though.

Since a stealth camper is out of question, what about a school bus livery?

Used limo makes the ideal family vehicle. Probably comes with the disco ball too if you're lucky. Put the privacy glass up, and all your problems are behind you.

New to the wonder of bored children, are you? I can see that starting a real fire back there, just from friction.

I often dream of having a 15 passenger (or more) van or bus to take friends and family on sight seeing tours. I do have the CDL for it with passenger endorsement so even more than 15 passengers isn't out of the question.
As far as the Previa for $500 goes they guy hasn't responded to my repeated attempts to contact him. So who knows what happened. He probably already sold it. After all, the ad said he needed to get rid of it by this weekend since he has to move.

I also like vans, but in my country any vehicle with more than 9 seats including the driver legally requires the local equivalent to a CDL, even though it used to not be enforced so strictly for certain 10-seater SUVs as it was for 12-seater vans.
