My 91 civic featured on Amazon's Carlust Blog

Hey all. I do part time writing about strange and unique cars for Amazon, so I wrote the first installment of my adventure with a 91 civic. Here it is:

http://www.carlustblog.com/2010/07/u...-part-one.html
So far, I've (for efficiency)

1. Removed the antenna
2. Lowered the car with Omnipower Coilovers, the thing is slammed
3. Replaced the stock steelies with smooth alloys from a 3rd gen prelude
4. Running 0w30 Mobil 1 Synthetic Maximum Economy oil
5. Side Mirror Delete, internal convex mirrors, wide angle rear view mirror, with black blockoff plates where the mirrors used to be.
6. New air filter, plugs, distributor, rotor

But what now? I was thinking about doing a kammback, but I haven't seen one on a sedan before. Also, which would help more, a belly pan, or a front lip spoiler? I was thinking about skirts for the rear wheels, but I think cops might notice me more.

So far, net result = 29mpg to 40.45mpg. Pretty awesome increase, thus far.

How's your driving style?

Some of the biggest mpg gains come from changes in the "software" of the driver.

What's your typical route or commute like?

Please carry on.

troy

ps, the five post thing prevents a lot of spam unpleasantness with all the associated extra work for the moderators, so, it has a legitimate purpose. How hard is it to make five posts anyway?

My driving style is highway, ~ 75-85mph, for about 1.5 hours straight, 4 times a week. I shift early, and try to draft trucks when they're going a decent speed.

I guess what I'm looking for is an example of an aero modded civic SEDAN.

I see plenty of kammbacks on hatchbacks, but what kind of major body mods can be accomplished on a sedan?
