Lol, for me, yeah. I drove this same commute for 18 years without AC, I can take the heat pretty well.
Not so much for my wife, who only started carpooling with me a year ago, and who is pretty grumpy by the time we get home if I leave the AC off and the windows down!

Well, I didn't make the 800 mile tank I was hoping to get, but I did hit the goal of going over 80 mpg on the FCD.
Of course in reality it was more like 77 mpg for the tank, but I'm pretty happy with it!
Ordered my "80+ mpg" decal, and it's going directly above the Ecomodder decal!

Nice! By the way, I just drafted a flat bed today on the way back from Tampa. For about 40 miles, I kept the load at around 35-40%, and got a sweet 60mpg in the Civic. I think you're right, even a loaded flat bed seems to be more efficient to draft than a tractor-trailer.
I ended up not taking my car because it was almost a two hour drive, and it was like 88 degrees on the way home today in rush hour traffic. It was so hot that I ended up taking off the shirt and tie on the Interstate.

Yeah, for whatever reason I got the best boost in aero from an empty car hauler.
I look for a truck to stay behind every time I get on the entrance ramp to I-4, but that car hauler got me over 100 mpg on the gauge the entire trip on I-4 at over 70 mph.

I'm gonna venture to say that your fuel log has plateaued at this point, then.

More than likely, until fall anyway when it cools off.
Been using the AC the first couple of days on this new tank and I'm at 74.7 on the FCD at a little over 100 miles. I actually gained mpg on I-4 last night on the way home with the AC blasting!

Nice. My mileage has gone up a bit since yesterday and today's trips to Tampa, but the interstate is too packed to take home, so I end up taking back roads, anyway. Still, in the entire trip, there are the same amount of lights as my regular trip to work.
