America the World might be full of these. 90MPH on 25HP, whatever that translates to for mileage. 50MPG is proven possible in a Karman-Ghia. Fiberglass shell and an industry (EMPI, SCAT, etc.) to provide replacement parts.
Edit: A modern interpretation might mimic the sloped rear quarters of the Hyundai's IONIQ 6 sedan combined with BMW's tightly wrapped front quarters.
