The Turbo S has a single roof spoiler that auto deploys at speeds greater then 45 mph to 70 mph {depends on your setting).
It was put on the Turbo S to break the lift caused by the poor aerodynamic design of the rear of car which develops suction as speed increases.

Suction= lift =resistance=drag= less mpg
(& poor handling at speeds)
I installed my roof spoiler in a attempt to break the suction off of the rear glass to reduce lift and improve the aerodynamics of my Beetle.

I would submit that the rear spoiler helps eliminate lift created by the low pressure operating 'above' the bodies rear, and drag, by helping to break up the intense vortices created by the steep slope.

I was looking at the car while fueling up, looks like the front bumper is an inch above the rest of the car, with a sloped down belly pan or what is left of it. Definitely needs an air dam. How low to go?

Measure the traffic control (bump) strips in your area. Around here it's 3 1/2".

Or learn a how to from West Coast low riders. For some of them 3 1/2" is impossibly high. Old Bakersfield joke: " My car is so low, I have to butter the taco to fit it underneath"

Or crossing bump strips at an angle. I do that because there are four to cross getting from my lane to the street, any of three different ways. There's a tow hook that hangs down 1 1/2" under the right front, if I cut it off I could drop another inch and have no problems (except with a full tank of gas.)

I believe Tesla forebodies are all configured similarly, and perform well. It may not be a liability, flow wise.

They were talking about using diesel power generators to refill Teslas ma and I don't remember the exact miles traveled but using diesel generators to recharge it came to something like 33 miles per gallon. Richest kind of funny because a diesel Jetta will get you 45 to 50 in the same driving conditions. The other day I was asking about Gurney flaps and the following day I noticed a lot of Tesla's on the highway, some head a little spoiler that extended up and some didn't. To me they seem like the same model I wonder why that is
