I would believe, based on my experiences, that the muslim community is generally much more compliant to rules. Ask them to do something like social distance and you get little complaint, they just do it and make no fuss.

One would think that true of most congregants.

science.slashdot.org Tech's Early Work-From-Home Mandates Helped California, Washington Flatten Curve (cnbc.com)
Quote:
On March 19, California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced a statewide shelter-in-place order to stem the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus. Washington State Gov. Jay Inslee followed four days later. While they were moving aggressively relative to the rest of the country, the top employers in their states were weeks ahead of them. Twitter was the first to move, strongly encouraging its nearly 5,000 employees to work from home on March 1, because of the rapidly spreading coronavirus, and making the order mandatory on March 11. Amazon told its roughly 50,000 Seattle-area employees on March 4 to work from home if they could. Facebook informed its Bay Area workers the next day that it was 'strongly recommending' they work remotely. Over the next week, Google, Microsoft and Salesforce mostly emptied out, keeping about 200,000 people away from the office. Tech has taken a beating in recent years as critics have attacked the industry's growing power, privacy abuses and executive malfeasance. But the industry's early social-distancing moves are a big reason that California and Washington, two early U.S. hotspots of virus outbreak, have bent the infection curve while other states are deep in crisis.

There's at least one.

Dr. John talking like a hippy. He didn't realize the baggage the term 'new world order' has. I suggest Novus ordo seclorum.

I know most of it isn't worth much outside of like twenty cards. And your experience with shops is exactly mine in the past too.

Look on the bright side:

Down 6.8% in the first quarter. Wait 'til Japan's divestiture kicks in. Japan may move up to 2nd largest economy in the Za Warudo.

I believe that is what mine said before I entered my direct deposit info. I also had to put in 2 lines from my 2019 tax return.

Now it says I'm eligible and the page will be updated with timing later. The website is down at the moment.

The application doesn’t yet have your data, or
You are not eligible for a payment.
My next paycheck will not be very big, I could sure use a little help.

Will You Get A Second Stimulus Check?

Forbes: Will You Get A Second Stimulus Check?.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/zackfri...timulus-check/

Will I receive a first one?!

This is just the $2,000 a month that Kevin mentioned a few days ago.

Quote:
These monthly cash payments would continue until the employment to population ratio for people ages 16 and older is greater than 60%.
Quote:
Every American adult age 16 and older making less than $130,000 annually would receive $2,000 a month
Quote:
Qualifying families with children will receive an additional $500 per child, with funds capped at a maximum of three children.
Take that friend with eight kids!
Quote:
Individuals who were not eligible based on 2018 or 2019 tax returns could be eligible based on 2020 adjusted gross income by submitting two months of consecutive paychecks.
