You are the happy beneficiary of deceleration fuel cutoff. It should go back on as your car coasts down to your normal idle RPM.

Wow, that's cool. Now, how does this affect pulse and glide? When I glide I idle and burn 0.8L/100km but if i just let it decelerate normally it burns 0. I guess the glide lasts longer.
