You make custom "drills".

That would work for the outer electrode beautifully. Not sure how to create a satellite dish on the inner electrode, though.
Use a tool post grinding head on your lathe to make custom bits.

Not going to get this done for the car, but I might mod a single plug to put into a glass or plastic bell and fill it with butane to observe the result.

What could possibly go wrong with a glass container and a cast fire?

I was thinking of an open bell. I don't recall if butane is lighter or heavier than air. That determines whether the bell points up or down.

edit:

I was thinking an open bell for safety's sake; but I now think atmospheric pressure wouldn't be a good test.

So.... maybe a 3/4" clear acrylic tube. threaded on one end for the spark plug with a pop-off valve on the other end?

Maybe I'm watching too much Integza.

Further proof that Universe is just a Simulation.

I posted #124 yesterday, and today Integza put up a video about a transparent cylinder 4-stroke engine.

Transparent 4-stroke Engine 3D Printed (SEE THROUGH SLOWMOTION)

He gets an interesting result comparing gasoline, methanol and nitromethane/methanol mix.

I don't think just a simulation is a useful frame. This is the result of what would happen if everything was just as it is; which is what a simulation does. The only interesting thing is that it implies there's something more complex than the universe. We've been speculating about that from the beginning grounded in religion.

Yes, and I'm as excited about revealing the mysteries of the universe as anyone, but knowing a lot more about infinity means you haven't made any progress. It's merely an exponential expansion of "whys".

I see that as a good thing though, because once you beat a game, you don't need to play anymore. The game that endlessly grows complex though, can be played endlessly.

Not surprised that integza knew what you looked at. There's so many cookie crumb trails following people around that tracking is almost not required.

True, but it's still impressive turnaround time.
