Went 247.8 mi on the last tank and only put 9.515 ga in it yesterday. 26.04mpg.
I confermed the odo is correct with my gps less than 1/10 dif over 40 mi. Speedometer on the other hand is off by 10-12%.

Nice!

Have you run sea-foam through some of the vacuum lines to clean out the intake valves/system?

Be aware, though, that any old cracked vac hoses might not like the seafoam.

Also, fuel filter change might be good. If you have AAA, you could drop an easy 50 or so with the spare tire and jack. Or pick up some fix-a-flat. If you don't chauffer people around, you could pull the back seats out, for a few pounds. I've heard replacing the glass with poly could reduce weight, but if money savings is what you want, it might not be as cost effective as you think - apparently it scratches and clouds pretty easily, so you either have to replace it often, or get some kind of clear plastic sheets to put over it to protect it. That's just "stuff i've heard", so I can't really verify it, but it sounds legit.

Nice find on the car!

Thanks vrmillionzx i have changed the fuel filter and all the vac line going to do seafoam soon. Disscussed poly in earlier posts. I have decided that the rear seats are coming out.
Finally took a side profile pic.

I dont think it looks like a Delorean either , def has the 80's styling. I think that is what is being refered to.
