newbie interested in EVs

I'm also new here and am looking at a possible conversion to EV, however, I dont have the money to buy a donor car or forklift right now. But I am very impressed with the forkenswift setup.

For now I'll just try to squeeze as much MPG out of my mustang.

Welcome to the site stang!

I hope you don't mind, but I moved your post to your own thread so you can get a proper greeting.

It looks like you're doing alright in the mustang already. What have you done to it (or yourself) to get there? What are you planning for the future?

I just finish installing a killswitch for EOC (More complicated that I was expecting, but about $15 in parts and I had it done). My current MPG listing is prior to having a killswitch and I had about 60lbs of unnecessary items in the trunk.

I don't drive much so it may take awhile to get to the next fillup, but so far my scangauge is tracking the current tank at 33 mpg.

Thanks for moving my post...I guess it shows that I'm a newb!!
