I'm pretty sure most of the wires from the steering wheel use a set of slip rings that are in the steering collum and those are not in your older car, so even if it will bolt on you still have a bunch of wires that will go no where, some of them hooking up to an explosive charge in side the steering wheel.

Well then I just get rid of the wires And the steering wheel is only about 35 to 50 bucks.. So the only major thing I need to find out is the spline difference?

It would be nice (maybe even legally required) to have a working horn. You could probably keep the spiral coil/slip rings and steering wheel switches functional by swapping the steering column, rather than just the steering wheel.

I think so the Honda centers are providing this facility to add staring on that model.You may confirm from Honda Centre too.But i think so it can be done.
