How can that be safe, the roof looks like it has been bondoed or something. Asking is about two times what it is worth.

I can't believe that Saskatchewan Government Insurance passed safety on that thing.

At least the owner is being somewhat honest and didn't give it a new paint job to cover up the build.

Don't forget that his price is firm and good on gas....

Now if only I could get my dollars to be good on gas

----

Accidents..... Personally, I wouldn't buy a vehicle that has had damage like that due to an accident.... The structure of monocoque frames are so dependent on geometry including external components (sub frame et. al.). If there's one thing engineering has done to me - it's instilled a higher empirical and justified fear of car crashes. Sure, welds are stronger - but that's not necessarily what you want. I mean, deforming "just right" takes a lot of experience and testing to design.... Pulling a bend out is an incredible risk that can't be managed...

Most people realize that a lathe (a piece of heavy machinery) is really dangerous. Those same people don't have the same caution with other pieces of heavy machinery, such as cars....

And that's my shtick - go eat your broccoli.
