Good to see the NedCar Access prototype again

850 kg mostly aluminium, good collision safety, flappy paddles, boasted a 4.7 l/100 km economy... not bad for a 1995 mini MPV...?

This could have been the Mitsubishi Space star, but Mitsubishi (participating in NedCar at the time) decided on a more conventional design.
In retrospect, what a miss.
Audi came up with a similar design in 1999: the A2.

That web page is very much 1995 too

That AMX is hot! I went to high school with a guy that had '69, 390 4 speed Go-Pack car. He wanted $3000 for it, which was crazy to me at the time, after all it needed paint! Ima go cry in a corner now haha.
