PHEW! OK, so the issue you were having is related to changing some setting. I'll try changing all the settings on my motor and see what breaks.

re: switching voltage w/out rewinding, not sure if I am going to attempt this on the bike, but here is my scritchscratch upon dissecting a cheap motor a bit (goal: fastest 0-60 for the least $$ using AC), no idea if the numbers are close or not. (image attached)

What happened to automated precharge? Didn't you have one in 1000A DC controller board? How about voltage sensing and ability to include it into datastream? You could calculate battery power used and clog up datastream a bit more then. Hehe.
I think I'll get unpopulated control board soon and start populating it. Market is flooded with 3-phase motors begging for rewind over here. This controller would pair nicely with them I suppose. Ivansgarage forum was really fun and educational to read through. It inspired me to get reading and have more crazy ideas put out on paper.

My wife made a Ken Burns documentary of me testing out our new Nissan Leaf motor:
The resolver to encoder chip I used is AD2S1210.

Awesome video!
I know how much work it is to splice things together ...
She has a lot more pride in her finished video than I ever will!

You and me both. She wouldn't let me talk while filming, so I could have more time to think of what to say. "And then you can use this microphone I got from Amazon." What? "And go under a blanket and talk. I've been watching film making techniques." LOL. OK! She was all, "it will only take 5 minutes to edit!" 2 hours later, we were ready to go! haha

I'd say you are doing pretty well! That's less time than it takes me ... and I've been repeating the process for a while now.
I would have NO IDEA what was going on in the video and what I found or was expecting to find if I did not talk during the video. Sabrina's method is far better .. but may be more difficult for you if the videos get longer.

Ya, if I was doing a lot of technical specific things like you typically do, it would be almost impossible to watch it and figure out what's going on without speaking. So, she's now going to also get a boom mic. LOL. This woman is out of control. hahaha
