look at the dimensions of that thing, it's kind of ridiculous. IR, TI, ON, Linear all have offerings in this arena with standard packages and better performance. Personally I would pick something with a high-side driver, such as this:
http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/NCP5181-D.PDF

less than $1 and will drive a pair, low side plus high side.

There's better matches out there, that was just a 5min google search..

to deal with a package as large as the one you posted I would expect it to drive all 6 fets/igbt's in a standard 3-phase motor control setup.

Any news on those replacement Isolation and power converters (DC-DC) for the ReVolt AC controller processor logic, and the 6 gate drivers ???

I am sorry, I have been busy. The numbers that I was given do not add up. If you give me the following information I can whip-up a design for you. What I need to know: High voltage rail voltage, Qg total of IBGT or IGBT part number, driver chip possibly a schematic, driver switching freq, what supply voltage is available to convert and isolate. The currents that I was told before are unrealistic. I have thought about the issue and will do a multiple channel flyback (quasi-regulated) with a pot core and fly leads for the isolation and it is hard to find small transformer bobbins with a lot of spread out pins.

how do you figure out optimum switching frequency? and is it rpm/load specific? I care more about efficiency than noise fwiw.

The controller performs much better with the smaller gate resistors now. I'm going to put together the mosfet based version, and try that one out. Also, I"m going to see how it behaves with polypropylene caps. The spikes are pretty large, perhaps due to the really crappy single ripple capacitor and tiny gate resistance I'm using.

I tested it last night with a single film cap at just one of the igbt B+ B- inputs and the improvement was absolutely dramatic.

HI, how is it going? I am starting to collect the components needed, and two precious PCB that are telling me "USE US,USE US"...
