What the heck are you going on about? That's a fine looking device you have there!

And it works! It runs cool! It looks good!

Do I need to call Dr. Phil?

gate resistor locations

so let me try a guess.

do the gate resistors go in thru the little copper islands on the bottom of the board?
that would be the left leg of each mosfet as i am looking at it?

You've got it. The pins are: gate drain source from left to right looking from the top of the package. Also, the gate has only a small land, the drain and source much bigger.

hey...that looks good!Loads of silicone on there (hehehe) but hey man,it does the job right and thats the point! Its a shame you couldnt post a lil' vid of the led's lighting up!By the way...for anyone in the UK i have absolutely bundles of Perspex,plastic,polyurethane....any sort of thane...LOL...and would be more than happy to give it away to ANY of you guys who need it or are short of £ or $.
By the way i haven't a clue about any of this(magnetic fields, controlling the phases, inducing them to make them do something useful...haha....totally clueless)but i like...i like ALOT.But your controller case is good man....well done.

A small change in the s/w where it reads the current sensor o/p.

I'll have to find the flash drive I keep the files on to tell you exactly what I did. (I asked Fran originally).

I thought upping it from 512 to 625 would still be well within the limits for the components and it has been fine so far. Haven't tried taking it further.
