Try This SirKeats

What I did was pipe everything over to the right side of the engine compartment and put my PCV catch can there. I used a 2 1/2" pvc pipe with rubber plumbing caps on the top and bottom. Put the inlet line down to the bottom of the pipe and the outlet near the top.

I used silica alumina and zeolites (both catalysts) inside the unit. The zeolites act as a molecular sieve and break down the hydrocarbons from long chain into short chain. That's what the professionals (oil refineries) use to achieve a 41% increase of petroleum cracked into the gasoline range from the same amount of crude oil.

You need to pipe out of the valve cover outlet to the can and down to the bottom of the pvc pipe as mentioned. Then out of the pipe near the top and then you will have to put a tee into the line to go to the air breather and into the regular PCV valve.

A catch can serves the same purpose as a breather. It really is not needed unless you have a blow by issue.

I'm almost done with my little PCV bubbler/catch can. Mine will be able to draw in water vapor along with any other PCV gasses. I'll fill it halfway with water, and let it do its work.

It serves to condense all the crud as well........and.........it works in the winter time too. When the water freezes, the gasses will still be able to come through those holes on the upper half, and the ice will help condense the heavy oils. Then, in short order, the ice will melt from being hit with the warm gasses and the engine heat.

catch can. its hypocrisy. its like 4 valves a cylinder. its like fuel injection.

if its a vapor, let it in the combustion chamber, if its
something your trying to catcj, extend current pcv lines with a aluminum, near the warm engine. no catch can needed...you got an oil pan. a catch can is like saying.. I got a model t with no oil filter nor pump, things just splash around.

Hmmm. I'd like to say "Thank you" also for your post, but I'm not following you. Can you repeat it simpler terms that newbies like me can understand?
