His mpg reads 58.2mpg
He seems to exaggerate some numbers and Prices, Just like most talented Salesmen would.
I suspect he could be beat down $1000 or more.

Oh I wouldn't buy it for the price he is asking. But I don't even have the money if I could beat him down 2k.

The new paint drops the value as well, unless there are some before photos showing a lack of body damage.

The battery reads full. Must be using a grid charger and suggests use daily. Good way to ruin a battery over time.

Grid charger doesn't make it a plug in. Also, newly replaced battery in 2010? That amount of time makes it a battery that could die at any time. It could do great for several more years, but like Cobb said, if he's been grid charging it daily, the battery will be sad.

Why do you think his plug-in mod will ruin the battery? Voltage differences?

You know guys, while we are on the subject of Honda insights, is the manual version of it just a regular manual tranny? Is there anything special about the insight manual tranny from normal ones?

It is a proper manual, low gear grind and all.
Guess you know and have visited InsightCentral.net? You can find anything you need to know about those cars there.
