Problem with editing old post

I cannot seem to edit the OP in my Honda manual transmissions thread. I am way overdue for some edits I forgot. But can't get in:
https://ecomodder.com/forum/showthre...tml#post378478

Help.

The only time I've had a similar issue I PM'd a mod the change I wanted. You could qoute the original post, add what you want and PM them the whole post. That way they can just copy/paste the change.

Of course sometimes PM is though.

Works now. Or at least I can see and click the edit button and open the file. Did not try to enter text yet, but I expect that will be no problem. Thanks!

Some forums disable editing after so long. I've heard of a few occasions when someone quit/left the forum and went through and edited out all of there posts so there wasn't any content, just "deleted". By stopping editing after so long you can't go back through and delete all of your posts like that.

Also the post in question was posted in 2013.
