At first I thought it could've been a Fordson tractor with a makeshift cabin.

Guess I've got a thing for big wheels?
http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2017/12/swamp-buggy-racing-very-southern-thing.html
What you might call a very specialized vehicle architecture.
edit:
I was curious about the size of those wheels, so I looked again. It turns out JACG found this in a post on the Pelican Parts forum by our very own kach22i, in 201309.

Is it a waste of a HD V-twin? Or a waste of a Pinto?

I've 'always' liked Dekotora trucks and knew about the Pakistani long haul painted trucks, but I hadn't noticed the similarities.
justacarguy.blogspot.com:Pakistani custom trucks, the lo-tech version of Japan's 'dekotora trucks'
Dekotora have the over-the-cab storage area, that ostensibly is for carrying tire chains and &tc. The front bumper box is similar but it's definitely a non-electric version.

^^ I was looking for the windows and got thinking about visibility, safety, etc. But I guess that is not the point

Let's look in teh dictionary Wikipedia to see who's picture is next to bad sightlines:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fileekotora.jpg
Who needs sightlines when you can have a shelf full of religious icons and burning incense preceding you down the road?
jakobnev — An icon of the vehicle that killed the 1930s art deco teardrop, when the 1949 Ford drove the original 'lead sled' design upscale to Mercury.
