Very interesting build process. It appears to be mid-60s, not 1948, but at one point they drag the upsidedown body shell around like a sled.

These would make an easy rat rod, take off the hood and fenders and turn the headlight bar upsidedown [see thumbnail].

Or a pop-up camper, the whole top is open to the rear bumper.

The Citroën 2CV was made until '90 in Portugal, and I guess its assembly was not much automation-friendly as for newer cars. Just like the '93 through '96 relaunch of the Beetle in Brazil, requiring a comparably larger workforce amount for each car assembled.

I like bobbers. The 'I identify as a Geo Metro' is just icing on the cake.

There is a car down the way with an Anya Forger sticker in the back window.
