The one I saw was a b&w pic in a Popular Mechanix Illustrated from the 1950s. A high-angle three-quarter front view. It turns out the turret shape on the envelope of the B-17 is no wider than two up with a narrow walk-through. It didn't look narrowed and it was truncated at the radio-operator station. Or thereabouts.

It could/should be kit-bashed in 1/35th scale.

How about a land-speed record car on the back of a steam powered truck, Super Sentinel Rigid Six Wheeler?

http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2018/03/without-looking-it-up-ill-guess-that.html

Here's the Seagrave Sunbeam (2nd from bottom)

http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2018/03/a-group-photo-of-early-lsr-land-speed.html

1000hp to crack 200mph? It must need work on the wheelwells.

I debated if this should go in this thread or the aerodynamic thread, but the wide tires and giant hood-scoop out weigh the rear window slope advantages.

There goes my morning. Soon they'll be up to page 2018.

edit:
Well I can stop now. This is the funniest thing I'll see all day:

The driver's door should say 'Driver: Little Bobby Tables".

I don't know how to link inside the page, look for: Expert 4: David Tracy - This Is Not A Jeep

I my eye it looks like a widened 1954 Willys station wagon with a one-piece windshield, Studebaker Wagoneer taillights and a 1942 Willys grillle.
I still see those once in a while.

kach22i — Not up to your/Pelican Parts usual standard.

Currently top of the page at Just A Car Guy:
Just A Car Guy: the 2nd owner used the 912 for 2 years, then paid for it's storage for 30 years.

I wasn't sure where to put this one. Its a 56 volvo PV with a 63 liter Russian V12 @ 1200 horsepower. Here's the build page for those who seek to follow along - Volvo PV - Rat Rod Nation - Rat Rod, Rat Rods

A Tempo Matador that qualifies, based on the load not being tarped.
