Still, fleets of specialized-use vehicles that sit idle except for 10 hours a week.

Used to whisk little anarchists off to have their wills broken.

Greenshields

They're treating a symptom, rather than the source of the illness.

If they'd just soften the upper leading edge (how about all the leading edges?),they'd kill the drag in its crib.

I'd like to see some 'proof' of its performance.10% mpg is hard to swallow.

With a teaser like that you need to post some images of what you mean.

Here's a few I came up with on a Google image search.

What did you have in mind?

Inter-state coaches, rather than metro/city buses?

The roof kicks up at the end - bad, and after such a good start.

Maybe they don't all kick up at the end - see below.

Winnebago turned out to be a fun lake to fish. We were catching fish all day, and ended up with a good amount to take home, after throwing back all the nasty sheepshead.
The sheepshead fish has human teeth, but it's okay because it won't give you a psychedelic crisis

I get the best draft off of the trucks that deliver compressed gas bottles. The bottle heads really do a number on air!

kach22i -- What the h*** happened to the Pelican Parts thread?

At least you are staying on topic.

Edit: Okay, I've gotta admit this one is good. Might be appropriate for a wind tunnel thread:

I was refering to urban transit buses, such as the Marcopolo Viale BRS, Neobus Mega BRS and the newer generation of the Marcopolo Torino.

The Marcopolo Viale BRS body is the same from that hybrid Volvo bus I spotted in my hometown.

The Suzuki Air Triser. I like it. It's close to the spirit of the original VW Microbus.

Jap minivans are interesting. Not beauty contest winners, but they still usually have some nice features.
