I have already seen pictures of what looked like a "reversed" VW Transporter pick-up, which were used at the Volkswagen factory in São Bernardo do Campo and nicknamed "Lambreta". Not the same as the Plattenwagen BTW. But frankly, that "nose-swapped" photochopped Focus looks quite disturbing.
