Already done. Stock tires are 195/55R15s Its got 195/60R15s.

Taller yet same width (cheaper too, guess it's a more common size).

Going to get some Yokohama Avid's when I have the $$ sitting around.

did you pump up the psi?
on a 60 series you've got plenty of side to keep the ride soft(enough)
I would be willing to bet that at the lower speed and taller tire...you hit the sweet spot on that engine!
IN MY HUMBLE OPINION....when you pass the sweet spot the reduction in mpg is big. not gradual. And you could slow down more...but you don't wantto have to watch your review mirror the whole time!!!

Yea 73 was quite painful in the length of the trip too.
It's a touch over 400 miles. It took me almost 40 minutes longer...

I do have the tires pumped up to max. The ride isn't great by any means, but it's not really much worse than it was before.

I do believe that I hit the sweet spot on that motor. I just need to get the motor running better and I bet I'll see better scores than that!
