Rishar's 2010 Prius Mods

Alright, I think I've done enough to warrant making a thread and condensing a little. Wanted to wait until I at least had a couple things done.

First was the Nook Color mount on the steering column.

Next did a rear wiper delete (thanks Vman for first showing this method)

Most recent did pizza pan caps (once again, stolen from Vman :P)

Next couple things will be a grill block (plus bumper reinforcement >.> ) and making a more complete belly pan.

Further down the road are rear view cameras and last will be a boat tail...as soon as I feel brave enough to do so XD

Bahaha, oh god, that second and third one. No no, literally 5 days after I bought the car, I lightly scrapped the bottom of the bumper on snow and cracked it, and has started to spread. It's going to be a combination grill block / bumper reinforce...but I'm not gonna reveal too much until I have pictures, which might be after this weekend...if I decide to take an extra trip out to my work space *cough parents house cough*

Pizza Pans look great (and function great) on the Prius.

That big ole side mirror is looking out of place though.. A motorcycle aero designed mirror would look really great on the car (and function great) I bet it would save about 1 mpg

Agreed. It's one of the planned mods for this. Going to replace them with small cameras linked to on dash displays. Will also have an internal blind spot mirror to keep inline with local laws.

I think the nakked wheels of the gen 3 prius look cool with the hub caps removed. Id hope you paint the pizza pans black or red or something.

I was thinking about putting a hypnotic swirl on them.

Alright! I didn't get as much done as planned...neighbors were redoing siding on their building and offered 10/hr to help...but I still got something done! Behold...

Have an internal blind spot mirror on that side...I swear I can see more from that than the normal side mirror o.o
