I'd settle for an Electric Riding mower as my next project. Then I make the Lectruck. Just need a good controller, come on Paul. Then a charger and Motor. I hear batteries come in handy also. May be we should all strive for $2000 vehicles!!!

I didn't have the time to build my own so I bought my two electric cars, my first one was $180 and my 2nd one was $3,500 for used factory built electric cars.
