Billy Yelverton (aka Mr2) is a pretty big deal in Electric Universe theory. He has demonstrated how the mesas in the Soutwest were electrically extruded up, rather than having the surrounding landscape around them eroded down.

At 40 acres, you could supplement the hand controller with an Arduino chip and bumper sensors and turn it loose. Later add a Sidewinder detection/targetting algorithm.
