There's one in my town since about 2 months, which I thought was kinda special since I live in a small town in a rural area. A truly beautiful car in dark red metallic. Saw the car accelerating in my direction recently, must have pushed the pedal to the metal. I hope the engine was warmed up..
Don't know about US prices, but here the cheapest one is 66.640 euro. 4-5 months delivery time.

Edit: a model S that is.

lol serialki11ller, I was thinking the same thing! Every time I see one of these threads, I laugh, tell my girlfriend and then she laughs, because she knows! It certainly doesn't hurt that HQ is just a few miles away (oh and since I work for one of Elon Musk's companies ).

This began for me in San Francisco; 1 year after Telsa introduction. I never could get that since Teslas were old hat here (right over the hill from Silicon Valley). In 1 year we had one in a used car lot. Every year since we would have at least 3 Teslas in Earth Day events here. Last Saturday our Earth Day show was larger, and I didn't count Teslas - I was asking if they are building Zenn again since a 'new' one was there.

What was a lot more exciting to me was a bright orange Elf 3-wheel velomobile- so I can honestly say "I SAW MY FIRST ELF!" People will reply- poor guy. Must see pink elephants and dragons too.
