NO, the fuel pump was bad. Replacing it fixed the intermittent stalling on the road.

I am wondering though, because it isn’t mentioned in the thread that I can find, how are your rear wheel skirts attached? Saturns don’t have the same fender lips that steel bodied cars use, so I gotta figure out how yours are attached to make something for my Ion...
