Sorry no pictures at the moment. Cooler is in front of the car. Both pipes go from drivers side below battery.

Tomorrow I will start my race for 100 MPG @ 500km tank. adjusted my drivers side rear bearing and also have changed 1% taller front tires.

Lets see what happens .

Have fun

Don't you have troubles getting through the technical vehicle inspection ?
(I don't know if that's mandatory in Finland.)

Taller winter tires didint work. They were about 10 MPG worse.

So changed summer tires back.
Also disabled my power steering

Tried again to reach 100 MPG. I was able to reach 90.1 MPG at avg speed of 48.5 MPH.
Last 1/3 of the tank was raining so it had negative effect.

But still happy. Need more mods to reach 100 MPG...

For "metric" people this is 2.61 L/100 at 78 km/h. This is fantastic

At 90 km/h on the highway I'm at 3.5 L/100 (56 mph - 67 mpg). I have the same consumption on my daily commute by having a steady 70 km/h (43.5 mph) or by using a 70 - 90 km/h P&G (43 - 56 mph) when on freeway. I wish I could have a SG2 compatible car.

I didint reach 100 MPG, yet! Only 90.1 MPG .

My speeds were the whole tank full p&g at 80-100 km/h so the actual driving avg speed was closer to 86 km/h. Tank Avg speed dropped that much when I drived about 10% city driving. That city driving also hurted my MPG numbers. Till the half of tank I was at 100 MPG and in the end it showed 96 MPG. So error was about 6 MPG, again recalibrated my SG...

At the moment my Seat is almost at its original state. Due to inspection. Only mod is total front grill block. So all original parts are put to place. Also the rims are now 15" aluminium 5 spokes. Now we can see again if the mods are cause to the good mileage or not. Car had wires broken under dash so its was broken for one month. Thats why there has not been no updates to fuel log. At the moment I will just drive the car until I have money to buy that 3L lupo...

Looks like I am able to get barely 1000 km on one tank

Only 1000km on one tank. I sympathise, and yet I am envious still.

I'm hoping for the magic 622 miles on this tank (which will be magic as this is the one that includes the snow of December/Jan) but the low fuel 'bong' has gone off at 520. So its my bravery vs. the fuel gauge.
