Modifiyng continues again .

Rear wheel inside covers made:
IMG_7507.JPG - Windows Live

Also 4 times bigger volume intercooler installed which also flows better. My intake air temperatures dropped 40 celsius degrees!

Also hood exit vent is beginned to manufacturing. That still needs some finishing touch, because the tunnel is not fully closed yeat and air can escape the tunnel...

IMG_7502.JPG - Windows Live

The smaller hole is for engine air intake pipe, which is behind the bumber... Also as you can see some paint has arrived .

IMG_7505.JPG - Windows Live

Hood vent need more work to to work at maximum efficiency.

Last tank was best of this summer, and next tank I try to beat last summers best .

Target 2000 km in one tank.
Driven 1400km left 594km according to SG so little bit short.

Today I was able to reach 104 mpg behind a bus @ 60 MPH

Will istall rear tire deflectors to help reaching my this summers first goal.

rear tire deflector.JPG - Windows Live

Lowest poin 6 cm from ground.

2000 km looks possible but need to drive at least under 60 MPH rest of the tank. Maybe 50 MPH is my top speed limit for the end of the tank.

Second goal was to reach 100 mpg @ over 500 km of driving.

Congrats
I hope you'll get your 1243.0 mi (2000 km) tank goal this summer.

My summer goal is 1173.9 mi (1888.8 km) and reached 1058.7 mi (1703.4 km) lately, but I don't have any real time FCD (Fuel Consumption Display).

Keep up the good work and have fun,

Denis.

Sorry I was tired last time or something... Engine is the AHU 90 hp.

http://image.turbomagazine.com/f/312...comparison.jpg

Dimensions are about 250mmx250mmx120 mm or in US 10"x10"x4"

Intercooler is good for about 300 hp...
