No flapping, it is tight and sealed, no way for air to get under it.

I may work at filling the gap some, but not sure if I will get to it anytime soon. I don't often have the time to work on it or do testing.

I can relate to that completely! Taking online grad school classes while working full time and trying to install prototypes on the truck gets pushed to the back burner...

I would like to know how you covered it, and is it removeable from the truck. It looks like a hard shell, but you list the materials as shrink plastic.

I might like to do this on my truck, if I can see more of the covering being applied.

Not sure if you are asking me or Bajascoob - mine is a wood frame, covered with plywood and then a layer of plastic. His is plastic sheeting over an emt frame.
