I saw the writeup on it only question is Are the skirts Reliable? Like will they stay on easily or do you have to retighten them often?

They stay on pretty well. I use lock washers everywhere
but a good observation on your part!
along the way (i'm 55) I learned the value of lock washers when 'adding' things to a car!
