I'm not sure exactly what you're looking but I goggled "cbr 250 wiring diagram" and the first item was images that had a flock of wiring diagrams.

I did the same stan and they are all for the older 250 which was a v twin and very rare in the US. The 2011 is a fuel injected single with a 6 speed 02 sensor and cat.

My wife has the aforementioned v twin. Runs like a sewing machine,15,000 rpm redline, we have ridden two up to 99mph, well above economy mpg but it pulls 64 mpg at 70mph on a tank basis.

Making the covering for the rear engine cover. I'm using the old aluminum siding my brother gave me and I figured out a neat way to make it work and follow the contours of the compound curve.
I use tin snips to cut off the nail flange. Then I slightly crimp the locking flange while holding the panel slightly off my piece of railroad track mounted in the vise, which curves the flange and the panel. This allows that flange to slip over the aluminum strips that are the frame of the cover (welded as a unit). Unlike roofing you start at the top and work down once you get the center piece installed, clamp them down and rivet them to the frame.

What a good idea using the siding for lengthwise sections , so the seam is pointed in the right direction.
Good job it has nice aero with the lengthwise layout !

What's going on? I know life happens but I'm itching to finally see this thing in action.

Just sold my Fiesta, which tripled my cash on hand account so I guess I can buy a shop manual and start to get the wiring together. A few distractions taken care of (Honda 50 and Sentra), funds are plentiful but must be conserved until people paying me rent on a property get their acts together or move out.
Reduced my vehicle inventory cost, I can still sell the truck and a bike and get another $2500 max which would be icing on the cake. Been down in the 50s (nice temps) here at night, time to get me bro out for some tig welding.
Sometimes it's best to step back and organize your thoughts, you will always find better solutions.

I here you there!!! The older I get the more I stop and think a few steps ahead. Like a great game of Chess, if you give yourself some time to think about every move and how it will effect the moves ahead, you are way more efficient and a lot more happy with your move that you made.
