It took me a bit to realize this is not an unmanned flight. It has to make something like 12 stops along the way.

get it into the jet stream and go 230 ground speed, 4.5 days and you're done.

Haha, it is only built to go about 88 mph. Its also making multiple stops for PR reasons. The trip is expected to take 5 months!

With that ultra low wing loading and light weight, it would want to stay well away from the jet streams and their associated clear air turbulence.
