Always find it fascinating that manufacturing murder seems easier to some than telling them you think it'd be better to see other people.
Then again, it can be lucrative;

Well, you said that but if you hadn't said that and people continually insist that you did say that then that would be like what happened to our favorite President.

I've been following with interest the development of roll-to-roll solar. Now this:
On the market in 2023.

09:10 that opens up all sorts of applications

Shanxi Province, China solar
PBS had a piece on China's primary coal district the other night. Photovoltaics and wind turbines as far as the eye could see in places. They've turned off some of their dirtiest coal-fired power plants.
They're looking at accelerated near-term carbon emissions, perhaps peaking in 2025, to make the leap to renewables for the long-term. As in the USA.
India currently shows seven ( 7) Indians' carbon footprint = one (1) American.

And that's the difference between the United States and a s-hole third world country.

Accelerated emissions because their head of the Party decided to punish Australia for asking about their virus and cut off imports of Australian Anthracite. So now it's either pay more for Australian coal laundered through a third party, or burn dirty coal.
Between that and the floods in the Northern coal mines, the lights are going out. Then Australia says "No more iron ore for you!"

Yet around 5 years ago they were dumping their outdated coal tech to Brazil. One of the major coal-fired powerplants in Rio Grande do Sul had been built mostly with Chinese equipment, and there were some Chinese workers brought to do much of the job too.

Well that's so surprising
Our heros, the Norwegian's top industry is oil. They're doing everything so perfectly so we should just copy everything they are doing, like having an insignificant and homogenous population, and mostly subsisting on oil. Fly under the political radar so that nobody turns their ire towards this insignificant population.

Pushing for EVs while exporting oil is such a hypocrisy. What else would Norway do, enforce a vegan diet aboard all the Cod fishing vessels with a Norwegian flag?
