Sono Motors is safe for the moment!
They needed €50M by today to be able to continue.
With 9 hours to go they're well past €52 million in down payments, reservations, loans and donations.

So far there have been cancellations, but even if those double they still have a margin.
Production is now set to start in 2021 in the former Saab factory in Trollhättan.

These guys are cool.
The price isn't too sky high, no ridiculous efficiently claims, the solar claims aren't very wild.
And they actually built one.

I am glad they made it. This means it is more likely they will get to production, because they don't have to please a few big investors.
