Sufficiently advanced creeper technology
Per the comments it's $90. I'll be looking for one at Goodwill.

Clever- I like it!
However, I just use a chunk of carpet or cardboard- both are free and readily available anywhere.
Out on the road, I have used my cardboard engine blanket as a mat to lay on.

You went where I was going: cardboard. Need it to be slippery: another piece of cardboard.
Not oil- or water-resistant, but hey - it's cardboard. Let it dry out a bit, burn it in the rubbish pile. That starts the firewood, and then it's time for post-wrenching hot dogs.

I have a creeper.
I use a towel.
I bought Napa's biggest truck jack and have difficulty just getting my Accord onto jack stands, let alone high enough to slide underneath.
Would a conveyor belt work? (just the belt, no rollers)
The top comment said they use a yoga mat. Maybe I will track down an Army PT mat and use that.

I like using carpet but one time a spider got mad at me for laying down on it and bit me, making a nice tie-dye pattern on my back. So there is that.

You could get a tarp, a foam pad and a silk sheet from the thrift store, and [staple?] them together.

Rather than staple I suggest bonding the layers together with contact cement. If silk sheets are not available use tent nylon fabric treated with Rain X or similar coating.

Stapling was a joke based on my own facility with fabrics.
